App Installed But Not Showing
Question: Q: Apps installed on iPhone not showing in watch app I recently got my Apple Watch and after setting it up I started to install my apps. However I noticed that many apps in my iPhone that have watch apps aren't showing in the Watch app so I may install them. Apr 26, 2019 - My project builds fine in 2019 and it says it gets installed but it no longer shows up under 'unknown sources' or anywhere else that I can see. After you install a program on your computer, the program is not listed in the Add/Remove Programs tool in Control Panel. Also, other programs that are installed on your computer and that were previously listed in Add/Remove Programs may no longer be listed.
Windows 10 search stopped showing any of the newer apps that I have installed. I can search for older apps (apps that I have installed prior to May 2017) however any apps that I have installed after that point do not appear in search results. These new apps do appear in the start menu and I can see the lnk file in the following location: %APPDATA%MicrosoftWindowsStart MenuPrograms

I have tried the following solutions so far but none have worked:
Rebuilding the index cache and running the search troubleshooter.
Tried the solution from the accepted answer here: Cortana Search is not finding applications on Windows 10
