I can easily get 10+ per hour but I can't even sell them for 1k a piece at this point so I'm guessing people have figured out that they are super easy to get.

The Senche-raht mount is something not seen before in ESO—a mount that fights. If it’s implemented well, the Senche-raht alone could be worth the price of the Collector’s Edition.
Elsweyr can be pre-ordered from Steam and the ESO, Xbox and PlayStation stores. The PC and Mac versions include Early Access on May 20. Prices are the same no matter where you pre-order except for Xbox Game Pass members who get a discount. Here’s the price breakdown.

There seems to be a glitch in the PlayStation store as the Collector’s Edition Upgrade was not included with the other three at the time this was written. Hopefully, this is an oversight that will be fixed soon.
